Shipping Policy

Our business model is based on just-in-time order and due to wide range of products we do not keep stock, but order them from trusted suppliers upon receiving an order by customers. Therefore, some orders may not be fulfilled for which we will issue a refund. We usually allow 5 to 7 business days to deliver goods to metro capital cities of Australia and 2 additional days for regional territories. We do not accept order cancellation in this time frame due to sales policies of our suppliers.
